We collaborate closely with each farmer and tailor our approach to align with their individual work methods. Together, we develop a customized work plan aimed at enhancing soil fertility and improving profitability.
We enrich soil biology by applying compost tea and biostimulants, and conduct samplings of SAP analysis, soil fertility testing, and field visits on a regular basis.

What motivates us
In recent decades, farmers and researchers have reported a gradual and consistent decline in soil fertility. This decline results in reduced crop yields, leading to decreased income and increased agricultural input costs.
In our perspective, the decline in soil fertility is not a predetermined fate, but rather an outcome of current conventional methods.
We collaborate closely with farmers to scrutinize the agricultural work interface and prioritize resource regeneration. This approach is commonly referred to as "Regenerative Agriculture," and our practices are based on global research, pioneering breakthroughs in the field and the experience we've obtained.

Adapting Global Innovations for Local Israeli Farmers
At the core of the soil fertility improvement process lies the restoration of microorganism populations within the soil. These microorganisms play a pivotal role in improving soil fertility and shaping its physical structure. We achieve this restoration through the application of compost tea, a liquid rich in beneficial microorganisms that we produce in-house from specially tailored compost designed for this extraction process. Adopting a regenerative systems approach guarantees the assimilation and thriving of the soil's biological ecosystem.
Our work process is founded upon a method pioneered by American researcher Dr. Elaine Ingham, which has been globally adopted since the 1980s.
In 2017, Dr. Ingham was integral to our establishment, guiding us through the process. Following this, we tailored the method to the local market and, ever since, have continuously refined it based on years of experience working with numerous farmers.
This ongoing process involves strengthening our monitoring and testing systems and conducting various field and laboratory trials.
